PC Flooring Warranties

At PC Flooring, we are committed to providing quality floor covering materials at a fair price. We will not sell discontinued or non-warrantied products. Our installers follow all manufacturers’ recommendations to ensure that applicable warranties are not voided. We will guarantee our installation and workmanship for one full year. If you believe there is a problem with your installation, just give your PC Flooring Professional a call. We will go to your residence to address your complaint.

Should you feel there is a defect in your materials, just let your PC Flooring Professional know, and we will open a claim on your behalf. As a member of the BC Floor Covering Association (BCFCA), we can provide various avenues for you to process your warranty claim. If your PC Flooring Professional agrees that there is a material defect, then PC Flooring will process your claim and incur any resulting costs for the investigation and processing of the claim. Should your PC Flooring Professional believe that no defect exists, we will still assist in processing your claim, but any processing fees will be at the customer’s expense. Should the manufacturer agree that there is a defect, PC Flooring will reimburse any processing fees.

Please note that your warranty is applicable upon full payment of your original project.
